Duty Manager

Location: Hove

As a Duty Manager, you will work as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 per hour supplement for the time that you manage shifts. You will play a key leadership role in the store, focusing on customer service, team development, and operational efficiency while working 16 hours per week.

Duties:

• Maximise store profit through great availability and driving sales
• Proactively support team engagement and inclusive culture
• Complete daily floor walk actions set by the line manager
• Implement cash handling and security policies
• Provide the best digital service through 'One Best Way' processes

Requirements:

• Experience in a retail management or supervisory role ideal but not essential
• Ability to communicate effectively to deliver store tasks
• Ability to plan and organise shifts
• Provide balanced feedback to improve colleague performance
• Hands-on leadership approach
