Sales Associate

Location: H.Samuel, 44/45 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TD

This is a permanent, part-time Sales Associate role working 8 hours per week. You will join a customer-first team dedicated to creating outstanding shopping experiences and sharing product knowledge with customers. The role also offers the opportunity to work additional hours during peak trading periods, Bank Holidays, and weekends.

Duties:

• Help customers celebrate life and express love by providing outstanding service
• Maintain store performance and meet sales targets
• Build and develop outstanding product knowledge and jewellery expertise
• Assist with customer enquiries regarding new and existing products

Requirements:

• A passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences
• An interest in jewellery products and brands
• A positive, 'can-do' attitude
• A natural ability to strike up a conversation with a diverse range of customers
