RETAIL ADMIN

Location: Hove

This role involves supporting the management team to deliver consistent results and providing an excellent experience for customers. You will be recruited as a Retail Assistant and receive a £2 supplement for every hour spent shift managing the store, focusing on driving sales and team engagement.

Duties:

  • Maximise store profit by delivering great availability and driving sales.
  • Support the Talking Shop Rep and foster an inclusive store culture.
  • Complete actions from daily floor walks focused on the customer experience.
  • Implement cash handling, security, and 'One Best Way' digital service processes.
  • Lead the team with a positive approach to service and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
  • Effective communication skills to deliver store tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to plan and organise shifts while utilising the whole team.
  • Capability to provide balanced feedback to improve colleague performance.
  • Hands-on leadership style to set the pace for the team.
