Customer Advisor

Location: George Street, Brighton and Hove, UK

This is a permanent Customer Advisor role based in Hove. We are looking for candidates who can commit to the advertised hours on a permanent basis and are flexible to work a variety of shift patterns throughout the week, including weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Help our customers and put them at ease, answering questions and giving advice on products
• Get to know our in-store offers and schemes and promote them
• Help our stores run smoothly by ensuring the right products are displayed, providing great service on tills, or helping in the stock rooms
• Work with other team members to ensure the store is clean and presentable

Requirements:

• Excel in a varied environment, working at pace
• Communicate and listen effectively
• Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic
• Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots
• Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service is desirable but not essential
