Customer Assistant

Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service. This role is perfect for passionate, fashion-forward individuals ready to serve our customers and sell our latest fashion items. The working pattern for this position is Sunday 11:00-18:00, Tuesday 16:00-20:00, and Thursday 16:00-20:00.

Duties:

• Deliver style advice and five-star service to customers
• Drive sales and help customers discover on-trend and fashionable products
• Utilise digital tools, including the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain high store standards while balancing speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive, energetic store atmosphere

Requirements:

• Passionate and confident brand ambassador with an interest in fashion
• Digitally confident and capable of using retail technology
• Resilient, flexible, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs
