Location: Brighton, East Sussex

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, delivering style advice and five-star service in a fast-paced retail environment. The working pattern for this role is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 15:00 to 20:00. This is a vital frontline role for passionate, fashion-forward individuals ready to drive sales and help customers discover our latest trends.

Duties:

• Deliver style advice and five-star service to customers
• Drive sales and help customers discover on-trend and fashionable products
• Operate efficiently in a high-demand, fast-paced retail environment
• Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
• Keep store standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
• Contribute to a positive, purposeful, and energetic store environment

• Resilient, confident, and able to act as a brand ambassador
• Digitally confident with the ability to use in-store devices and apps
