Retail Team Leader

Location: Superdry Brighton

As a Brand Lead, you will act as a store ambassador, supporting the management team to motivate associates and drive store performance. This is a permanent part-time role requiring 20 hours of work per week, with specific shift schedules coordinated locally by the management team.

Duties:

• Deliver ultimate brand experiences using local knowledge and sales expertise
• Hold keys for the store and manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
• Provide daily direction to the team to achieve targets and review progress
• Support management in supervision and performance coaching
• Maintain store appearance and ensure compliance with health, safety, and loss prevention standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, and store operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a team through daily activities
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Passion for style and the Superdry brand
• Organized with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
