CX Team Member

Location: Unit 81, Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2RG

This role involves engaging with customers to share enthusiasm for athletic sneakers and apparel while working as part of a team to meet sales and productivity goals. You will provide an elevated shopping experience by assessing customer needs through natural conversation and expert product knowledge. The position requires flexible availability, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties:

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered
• Teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
• Delivering sales and operational expectations
• Maintaining personal and productivity goals
• Connecting with every customer by asking open-ended questions
• Sharing expertise of products and trends
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements:

• 0-3 years of retail experience
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers
• Motivated to achieve great results
• Ability to initiate tasks without supervision
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
