Casual Food and Beverage Assistant

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, East Sussex, United Kingdom

This role offers a flexible casual contract, allowing team members to choose shifts that suit their availability, whether they are in full-time employment, education, or seeking supplemental income. You will be responsible for delivering memorable experiences by supporting dining and event services with the warmth and hospitality Hilton is known for.

Duties:

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure high-level service
• Prepare and arrange tables for dining and events, including cleaning and placing tableware
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
