As a Rituals Advisor, you will be the face of the brand, engaging with customers to create memorable experiences and spread joy. This position involves working 8 hours per week in a retail environment where you will support the store team in achieving personal and store goals.

Duties:

• Engage directly with customers and listen to their needs
• Advise customers on product matches
• Ensure a 'best in class' customer experience
• Follow store operational and safety procedures
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
