Sales Advisor

Location: Brighton

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Advisor to join our team starting in May 2026. This role requires approximately 2-3 days per week and includes both weekday and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Deliver personalised, expert customer service tailored to each shopper’s needs and style.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on product selection and styling.
• Stay up-to-date on all brands we carry, including their history, craftsmanship, and standout features.
• Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges smoothly and efficiently.
• Keep the store looking its best - maintaining presentation standards across sales areas, fitting rooms, and stockrooms.
• Participate in training sessions to sharpen your product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Help the team meet sales targets and foster a supportive, collaborative work environment.
• Get involved in promotional activities and in-store events to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist with modelling and work with the content team to support website and social media content creation.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships.
• Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and international clothing brands.
• Ability to tailor the shopping experience to each customer’s individual style.
• Confident handling sales transactions and using point-of-sale systems.
