Phone Shop Colleague

Location: Hove

This is a permanent Phone Shop Colleague position offering 27.5 hours per week. Shifts will be scheduled within the availability windows, which include Monday 11:00-19:00, Thursday 08:45-17:00, Friday 11:00-19:00, and Saturday 12:15-19:00. In this role, you will work as part of an inclusive store team to provide excellent customer service and help customers find the right mobile tech solutions.

Duties:

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance

Requirements:

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions
• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you're solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup
• A positive, team-focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together
