Sales Advisor

Location: U51 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TE, United Kingdom

This is a part-time Sales Advisor role based at our Churchill Square location. The position requires a commitment of 4 hours per week to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain store standards.

Duties:

• Achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand
• Provide accurate information about our product including features, benefits, and stock availability
• Promote multi-channel shopping options
• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
• Demonstrate flexibility to meet store needs

Requirements:

• Customer service focused
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience in the retail industry
