Duties:

• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Clean and service guest bedrooms and bathrooms in line with company standards, ensuring rooms are clean, comfortable, safe, and secure
• Work in a timely and efficient manner to complete assigned tasks in line with productivity guidelines
• Respond to and complete guest requests in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, trolleys, and corridors
• Assist with cleanliness of other areas of the hotel as required
• Support with cost control and environmental initiatives in the department
• Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
• Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures, and relevant legislation
