Sales Associate

Location: Brighton and Hove, UK

We are looking for a Multifunctional Sales Associate to join our team in Brighton on a fixed-term basis. This role requires 12 hours per week, with availability required Monday to Sunday. You will focus on delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales growth, and performing stockroom and cashier duties.

Duties:

• Provide exceptional service to customers to reflect Mango's brand values.
• Actively contribute to increasing store sales by recommending products.
• Handle cashier responsibilities including transactions, returns, and register balancing.
• Assist in stockroom operations such as receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Maintain store image and service standards.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Work collaboratively with the team to support business objectives.
