Customer Team Member

Location: 119 London Road, Brighton, BN1 4JH

You will join the team at Co-op to deliver friendly service and help keep the store running smoothly. The working pattern for this role is 5pm-11pm, including weekends, with additional availability discussed at interview.

Duties:

• Support the day-to-day running of the store and deliver friendly service
• Work on the shop floor and tills
• Keep shelves stocked and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy
• Promote Co-op Membership and support the local community

Requirements:

• Must be aged 18 or over
• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering customer service
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts
• An interest in retail in a busy store environment
