Brand Leader

Location: 62-63 East St, Brighton, BN1 1HQ

Seeking a Brand Leader to lead, manage, and motivate the store team to deliver an exceptional brand experience. Joining the team at AllSaints, the successful candidate takes full ownership of delivering the brand experience in Brighton and engaging with the local community. The store typically trades from 10:00am to 18:00pm daily.

Duties:

• Equip and incentivize the team with product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates
• Manage team development and host annual appraisals to set objectives
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets to promote new collections and drive sales
• Lead floor walks with an understanding of KPI performance and commercial decisions
• Own store operations, including customer experience, stockroom, payroll, and recruitment

Requirements:

• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and progressing team talent
• Strong passion for fashion and the AllSaints brand
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage reporting technologies
• Natural affinity for learning new digital systems and processes
