Seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join the team at Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a fast-paced, growing environment. The role involves preparing high-quality brunch dishes and working collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain exceptional service. Shifts do not include late evenings, offering a highly desirable work-life balance.

Duties:

• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
• Display a smart and professional appearance, representing the brand in a positive way

Requirements:

• Confidence working in multiple kitchen sections under pressure
• Prior experience in hospitality, food safety, and food preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a valid work permit or visa
