Ecommerce Operative

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking an Ecommerce Operative to join the team starting May 2026, working approximately 2-3 days per week. The schedule includes a mix of both weekday and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring correct packaging and presentation.
• Process returns and exchanges in line with company procedures.
• Assist with stock organisation and inventory accuracy.
• Support with incoming deliveries and stock transfers when required.
• Help maintain a clean, organised workspace.
• Communicate clearly with the retail and ecommerce teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
• Good organisational skills and time management.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your workload.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems.
• A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to help where needed.
• Previous ecommerce or warehouse experience is a bonus, but not essential.
