Breakfast Chef

Location: 13-14 Sydney St, Brighton, BN1 4EN, UK

Seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join an artisan coffee roasting and hospitality business. The role is focused on delivering exceptional food in a fast-paced, growing group, without late evening shifts. This position requires working confidently across multiple kitchen sections and effectively communicating with the rest of the team.

Duties:

• Ensure the reputation for excellent food and service is upheld at all times
• Ensure the kitchen is always clean and well equipped for service
• Support in all areas of the kitchen as required
• Undertake regular training and always be striving for self-improvement
• Work to support a busy team and take an active part in contributing to team-driven results
• Display a smart and professional appearance, always striving to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a positive way

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality and service in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Skills in food safety and food preparation
• Valid UK work permit or eligibility to work in the UK
