Trading Post Coffee Roasters is seeking an energetic and driven Server to join the team in delivering quality coffee, food, and hospitality in a fast-paced environment. The role involves delighting customers, maintaining high service standards, and contributing positively to a team-driven culture.

• Delivering a memorable and engaging experience to every customer on every visit
• Embodying and maintaining a full understanding of hospitality standards and key points of service
• Consistently delivering high-quality hospitality with strong personality within the service framework
• Undertaking regular training and striving for self-improvement
• Supporting a busy team and actively contributing to team-driven results
• Displaying a smart and professional appearance to represent the business positively

Requirements:
