Duty Manager

Seeking a high-energy Duty Manager to step up and lead shifts at Prezzo Italian. The role involves taking on keyholder responsibilities, leading the team in the absence of the General Manager, and ensuring every guest enjoys a great hospitality experience. Duties:

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder
• Lead the shift and direct the team when the General Manager is away
• Maintain hospitality standards and ensure excellent guest service
• Manage shift compliance, cashing up, and behind-the-scenes operational duties
• Act as a front-and-centre role model for the restaurant team

Requirements:

• Solid experience as a server or supervisor in casual dining or fast-paced environments
• Confidence to lead a team through busy restaurant services
• Positive, reliable, and passionate about hospitality
• Fluent in English with a growth mindset to learn operational management
