Seeking a Senior Pizza Chef to join the kitchen team, crafting sourdough pizzas and maintaining high standards. Supports the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, food quality, and hygiene. Mentors junior team members and manages stock preparation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook sourdough pizzas to perfection
• Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen standards, quality, and hygiene
• Mentor and train junior members of the team
• Handle hands-on dough preparation and topping pizzas with fresh ingredients
• Take responsibility for stock management and food prep

Requirements:

• Experience as a Pizza Chef or in a professional kitchen environment
• Confidence in handling fresh dough and working with a wood-fired oven
• Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire a team
• Ability to thrive and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
