Location: Unit 2 & 3, Station, Queen's Road, Brighton, BN1 3XP, UK

Seeking a Front of House Leader to coach and mentor in-shop teams while maintaining high operational standards and customer satisfaction. The role combines hands-on service support during busy periods with administrative management of store figures. Working patterns feature flexible hours, including options for early shifts starting between 3:00 am and 5:00 am.

Duties:

• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high spirits and store standards.
• Support hands-on shop operations during peak times, including coffee machine preparation.
• Manage administrative tasks including shop figures and spreadsheets.

Requirements:
