Customer Advisor

Location: Shoreham By Sea, UK

Seeking a Customer Advisor to join the team on-site at the Shoreham-by-Sea High Street store, reporting directly to the Assistant or Store Manager. The role involves helping customers on the tills, providing product advice, and managing back-shop stock to ensure a smooth shopping experience. Comprehensive training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service is provided for all new colleagues.

Duties:

• Help customers by listening to their needs, answering questions, giving product advice, and recommending items
• Learn and promote in-store offers and promotional schemes to customers
• Ensure correct product displays on the shop floor, provide till service, and handle stockroom duties
• Collaborate with team members to keep the store clean, tidy, and presentable
