The role is centred around a fast-moving, high-energy environment focused entirely on food delivery without dine-in service. The position involves leading team members through busy periods, maintaining food quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen workflows under pressure on a flexible rota.

Duties:

• Leading shifts and coordinating delivery kitchen operations
• Driving speed, accuracy, and high food quality standards
• Coaching and supporting team members
• Ensuring hygiene, safety, and operational standards are maintained
• Managing workflow during peak delivery periods

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
