Seeking a Spa Reception Supervisor to join the team at Brighton Harbour Hotel. The role involves acting as the first point of contact to ensure every guest receives ultimate customer service with an engaging and friendly personality. Working hours are to be discussed.

Duties:

• Assist in ensuring every guest receives the ultimate in customer service
• Act as the first point of contact with an engaging and friendly personality
• Go the extra mile for guests

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Spa reception role
• Ideally trained in the use of OPERA and Premier core
• Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken
• Eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa
