Bar Staff

Location: Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom, BN1 9BL

Seeking Bar Staff to join the hospitality team at Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club within a vibrant stadium environment for the 2026/27 Football Season. The role involves working matchdays and non-matchdays, including evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:

• Handling, preparing and ferrying alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
• Presenting the award winning food to the guests at the table
• Welcoming guests and taking orders
• Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
• Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Being friendly yet professional
• Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
• Good attention to detail and punctuality
• Being proactive is key
• Experience within hospitality
• A flexible “can do” attitude
• The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment
