Fragrance Associate

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Fragrance Associate to join the team at Bath & Body Works. The role is part-time, working 12.5 hours per week with shifts scheduled on Thursday 12:15 - 16:00, Friday 09:00 - 12:45, and Saturday 09:00 - 14:15. Offers an opportunity to passionately advise customers, maintain stock, and represent a global brand in home fragrance and skincare.

Duties:

• Advising and selling products while acting as an ambassador for the brand.
• Maintaining the store space and ensuring stock is beautifully presented.
• Offering warm, friendly, and professional service to help customers find gifts.
• Taking control of personal development and completing training guidelines.
• Adhering to health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Requirements:

• Passionate about promoting fragrance and skincare products.
• Strong communication skills with a supportive and helpful attitude.
• Ability to remain friendly, calm, and efficient during busy periods.
• Flexible and excited by the challenges of a fast-paced retail environment.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
