Sales Manager

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Sales Manager for Bath & Body Works in Brighton, working 23.25 hrs/week with shifts on Tue 08:45 - 17:15, Wed 11:45 - 20:15, and Sat 11:45 - 20:15. The role involves leading and inspiring a retail team to prioritise customer service, maximise sales, and drive store efficiencies in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
• Build and manage a successful team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in an environment which is commercial, operationally efficient, safe and where targets are met
• Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, which will include the team passionately advising and selling products whilst being an ambassador for the brand and maintaining the Bath & Body Works space
• Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
• Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by adapting to change and working alongside the team
• Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times in order to meet business needs

Requirements:

• Passionate about customers, people and fragrance and skincare products
• Exceptional commercial understanding, with the know how to create a fantastic shopping experience for customers
• A team player who works at their best in a results driven, fast paced and challenging environment with the ability to adapt to change quickly
• Great communicator who can work naturally with people at all levels and stays calm under pressure
• Able to demonstrate the ability to problem solve, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes and generate innovative ideas
• Confident when dealing with people issues and an effective multi tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload
• Evidence right to work in the UK in accordance with Home Office guidance
