Membercare Assistant

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, East Sussex, UK

Seeking a casual Membercare Assistant to join the health club and recreation team, offering a flexible work schedule on a casual contract where shifts can be chosen to suit individual availability.

Duties:

• Maintain a spotless environment by performing general and deep cleaning throughout the club to uphold hygiene standards
• Support an exceptional experience by greeting members warmly and providing prompt, professional assistance as needed
• Manage incident reporting by reporting lost property, accidents, maintenance needs, and other incidents in a timely manner
• Comply with regulatory standards by maintaining compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
