Seeking a Hospitality Assistant to act as the face of the business, delivering exceptional customer service for universities on a permanent casual and zero-hours basis. Joining the team at Compass Group, the role involves working in a fast-paced environment within the universities and colleges sector.

Duties:

• Greeting and looking after guests so they go home delighted
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to guests
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
