Casual Food And Beverage Assistant

Location: DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, Brighton, East Sussex, UK

Seeking a Casual Food and Beverage Assistant to support dining and event service while delivering memorable experiences for guests. Operates on a flexible casual contract allowing team members to choose shifts that suit their availability.

Duties:

• Support all F&B operations across bar, restaurant, room service, and events
• Greet guests warmly, take and serve orders accurately, and ensure a consistently high level of service
• Set and arrange tables for dining and events, including folding napkins, and cleaning and placing tableware
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
