Seeking a Front of House Leader to take the next step in leadership at Pret Brighton East Street. The role involves leading from the front, supporting and coaching the team, maintaining high standards, and helping the shop perform at its best through hands-on participation. Working hours are flexible to accommodate different schedules.

Duties:

• Support, coach, and develop the team to reach their potential
• Lead by example and assist with busy service, food prep, and shop operations
• Deliver great speed of service and an engaging customer experience
• Ensure food and drink are produced and presented to company standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for teams and customers

Requirements:

• Enjoys coaching, supporting, and developing people
• Able to lead by example and remain calm and positive during busy periods
• Strong understanding of food safety, health & safety, and shop standards
• Passionate about customer service and commercial performance
