Front of House Leader

Seeking a Front of House Leader to take the next step in leadership at Pret Brighton Station. The hands-on role involves playing a key part in the day-to-day running and success of the shop, maintaining amazing standards, and supporting the team during busy service with flexible working hours.

Duties:

• Support, coach and develop the team to reach their potential
• Lead by example and assist with daily shop operations and customer service
• Ensure food and drink are produced to high standards and food safety processes are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for teams and customers
• Support the commercial side of the business including stock control, waste reduction, and sales efficiency

Requirements:

• Enjoys coaching, supporting and developing people
• Leads by example and is happy to be hands-on when needed
• Takes pride in amazing customer service and high standards
• Can stay calm, focused and positive when things get busy
• Understands the importance of food safety, health and safety, and shop standards
