The role offers flexible working hours with a hands-on approach to supporting the team, maintaining shop standards, and delivering great customer service. Duties involve leading the day-to-day running of the shop, coaching staff, and ensuring food safety and quality.

Duties:

• Support, coach, and develop team members to reach their potential
• Lead by example and assist during busy service and in the kitchen
• Deliver great speed of service and an engaging customer experience
• Ensure food and drink are produced to high standards and food safety processes are followed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
