Festive Colleague - Twilights

Seeking a festive in‑store colleague for Tesco's Shoreham Extra store, offering flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week and the possibility to work as few as 7.5 hours. The role involves supporting customers, stocking shelves, and handling Click‑and‑Collect orders during the busy holiday period. No prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and availability for varied shifts are essential.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Take initiative and make decisions that are right for customers.
• Work well within a team and communicate openly.
