Festive Colleague

Location: Hove, UK

Seeking a Festive Colleague for night shifts at the Hove Superstore. The role offers flexible scheduling with various hours to be discussed, including night premiums for work between midnight and 6am, and guarantees a minimum of 12 hours per week (or as low as 7.5 hours). No prior experience is required, and candidates must be over 18.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Initiative to make decisions that benefit customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
• Build relationships with colleagues to foster team spirit.
• Be on time, well presented and act as a brand ambassador.
