Team Member

Location: Shoreham-By-Sea, UK

Seeking a Team Member for the Shoreham‑By‑Sea store, working 17.5 hrs per week on a Monday, Thursday and Friday schedule. Shifts are Monday 13:15‑20:00, Thursday 16:15‑21:00 and Friday 13:45‑21:00. The role involves delivering outstanding service and stock operations in a fast‑paced retail environment. Flexible working options are available.

Duties:

• Offer fast and friendly service at all times, helping customers to find the perfect products
• Share passion and knowledge about products
• Work in all areas of the store, including sales floors, stockrooms and processing deliveries
• Take control of own development

• Great communicator who is always looking for ways to help
• Friendly, calm and efficient even on busiest days
• Excited about the challenge of a varied and fast‑paced job
• Flexible, supportive and always ready to go the extra mile
• Must be able to evidence right to work in the UK before commencement
