Food and Beverage Assistant

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to provide excellent service to club members, working seven days a week in a fast‑paced hospitality environment. The role supports the Club Room’s aim to deliver quality, healthy meals and exceptional service while fostering an inclusive culture.

Duties:

• Ensure members receive excellent service every day, 7 days a week.

Requirements:

• A team player, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Can show a genuine passion when engaging with individuals
• Strong listening and collaboration skills
• Previous hospitality experience
• An emergency response qualification is desirable but not essential.
