Festive Colleague

Location: Brighton & Hove, UK

Seeking a festive in‑store colleague for early‑morning shifts at the Shoreham Extra store. The role offers flexible, varied hours with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, adjustable down to 7.5 hours if needed. It includes night premium pay for hours worked between midnight and 6 am and emphasizes great flexibility to match candidate availability.

Duties:

• Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and put together orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers get a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping trip.
• Initiative to make decisions that are right for customers.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly with others.
