Retail Associate

Location: 36-37 North Street, Brighton, BN1 1EB, UK

Seeking a Retail Associate for TK Maxx in Brighton. The role offers temporary fixed‑term contracts with shift lengths of 8, 12, 16 or 20 hours, covering weekdays, weekends and night shifts. Start times are available between 7:00 am and 9:30 pm. The position provides training and development opportunities.

Duties:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers with a smile, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Take on a variety of tasks, from cashier duties and fitting room assistance to backroom support and keeping the store clean and inviting.
