Retail Supervisor

Location: 43/44 London Road, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 4JD

Seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a store team in Brighton on a part‑time basis, working 20 hrs/week with flexible shifts. The role involves supporting management, driving sales, and ensuring high customer service standards.

Duties:

• Support the management team with day‑to‑day store operations
• Drive sales and achieve targets
• Deliver high‑quality customer service
• Keep shelves stocked and maintain store appearance
• Reduce shrinkage and till errors
• Motivate the team and maintain a high‑energy environment

Requirements:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast‑paced high street retailer (preferred)
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators including sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential)
