Temporary Christmas Sales Associate

Location: 44/45 Churchill Square, Brighton, BN1 2TD, UK

Seeking a temporary part‑time Christmas Sales Associate for H. Samuel in Brighton. The role involves 20 hrs/week during the festive period, providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales targets. Applicants will work in a retail environment, assisting customers with jewellery selection, gift‑wrapping and product knowledge.

Duties:

• Ensure the store creates a sparkling festive atmosphere for customers.
• Assist customers in selecting jewellery, watches or gifts and provide gift‑wrapping.
• Answer customer queries, showcase products and use sales skills to meet targets.
• Represent the H. Samuel brand and adhere to the fashion‑conscious, business‑casual dress code.
• Potentially work additional hours during peak periods, bank holidays and weekends.

Requirements:

• Passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable experiences.
• Interest in jewellery products and brands, even without prior jewellery experience.
• Positive, can‑do attitude with strong conversational skills across diverse customers.
• Ability to work part‑time hours (20 hrs/week) during the Christmas season.
