Seeking part-time Bar & Waiting Staff for Greene King pubs in Brighton. The role involves creating memorable experiences for customers, serving drinks and food, and maintaining a safe and clean bar environment.

Duties:

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
• Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Assist in greeting, serving food, and looking after customers while they dine.
• Ensure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, addressing any issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and expand skills.
• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• Passion for delivering great service and a warm welcome.
• Positive can‑do attitude and strong team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
