Customer Advisor

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Customer Advisor for a 12‑hour per week, 3‑month fixed‑term contract at B&Q Brighton Local. The role involves working a flexible rota covering Monday to Sunday between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Duties:

• Help customers with home improvement advice and product recommendations
• Learn and use new technology in the store
• Work collaboratively as part of a team
• Follow a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing attitude
• Eagerness to learn and passion for home improvement
• Ability to work flexibly on weekends, evenings and bank holidays
• Strong teamwork skills
