Team Member

Location: Brighton, UK

Seeking a part‑time Stock Team Member to work 6 hrs per week on Mondays and Fridays from 07:00 to 10:00. The role involves locating, packing and processing stock, as well as providing customer service on the sales floor when needed. Flexible working options are available and the position offers development and benefits from day one.

Duties:

• Accurately process stock quickly and to the highest standard, including locating, packing and promptly transferring stock in and out of store
• Meet deadlines to always deliver to customers at the promised time
• Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy and organised
• Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service
• Work as part of the store team, reporting to one of the Coordinators or Managers

Requirements:

• Great communicator who is friendly, calm and efficient even on busiest days
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail
• Takes pride in work and approaches tasks with energy, pace and dedication
• Able to work independently and stay busy to achieve performance targets
• Flexible, supportive and ready to go the extra mile for the team and customers
• Enjoys taking control of own development
• Must be able to evidence right to work in the UK before commencement
