Ground Floor Team Member

Location: Brighton City Centre Premier Inn, 144 North Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 1RE

Seeking a Ground Floor Team Member for Premier Inn in Brighton City Centre, working 30 guaranteed hours per week. The role includes evening and weekend shifts, covering guest periods throughout the day. Responsibilities involve welcoming guests, checking them in, serving meals, and maintaining public areas.

Duties:

• Welcome guests and help them check in
• Serve breakfast or evening meals, including working behind the bar and serving alcoholic drinks
• Answer questions and help solve problems
• Help keep the reception, restaurant and public areas looking their best
• Support teammates across the hotel when things get busy
• Make sure every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure

Requirements:

• Friendly and customer‑focused attitude
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• No prior hotel experience required; experience in retail, cafés, pubs, restaurants, leisure, travel or customer service is beneficial
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
