Tesco Festive Colleague – Days

Location: Hove, 82 Western Road, BN3 1JB

Seeking a part‑time festive colleague for the Hove store, offering flexible shifts primarily on Fridays and Sundays with guaranteed 12 hours per week, adjustable down to 7.5 hours. The role involves assisting customers, stocking shelves, and handling Click‑and‑Collect orders during the holiday period.

Duties:

• Deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are where they need to be.
• Serve customers and assemble orders for Click and Collect service.
• Ensure customers receive a brilliant experience.

Requirements:

• Passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
• Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
• Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun, and celebrating success.
• Must be over the school leaver age.
