Loss Prevention Officer

Seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to support a positive customer experience at TK Maxx in Hove. The role involves maintaining security, deterring loss, and providing conflict resolution while acting as a visible, friendly presence at store entrances. The position offers part‑time, flexible scheduling and comprehensive training.

Duties:

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly, approachable presence at store entrance doors.
• Deter loss on the sales floor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and deliver effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Communicate effectively, being self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference.

Requirements:

• Experience in a customer‑facing role, fast‑paced retail environment or security guard role (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference.
• Strong communication skills.
